How To Place Your Order

Ordering

To start your order, click on the shape crown you wish to order. Once you have completed and submitted the order form, we"ll email a confirmation for you to review and make sure we are going to be making your crown as you have specified. It is very important that you look over the order confirmation form carefully and verify. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been verified. We are happy to send paint, fabric and ribbon samples, as computer monitors may show colors differently, to insure the perfect crown for you!

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Your credit card information will transmit via our secure site and your card will be charged when we pull your crown and begin working on it.

Shipping

All crowns are custom and made to order. It generally takes 2 to 3 weeks to receive your crown once we confirm your order, but we work hard to get it to you as quickly as possible. We ship via DHL ground primarily, USPS, and UPS. Shipping charges are as follows: East coast $18.00 Central U.S. $23.00 Mountain and Midwestern U.S.A. $26.00 West coast $31.00. Overnight and second day air is available and will have to be quoted.

Returns

Please open your packaging and inspect your crown immediately. Damages must be reported within 5 business days of delivery to be eligible for refund or replacement. We lovingly create each crown to specification and therefore, cannot accept returns or exchanges of crowns that we have made as specified in the order confirmation. All returns must be approved by Classic Cottage Accessories, Inc. to be eligible for refund or exchange.
